Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist Pay Rate: $22/hour Location: Aiken, SC Schedule: Monday ? Friday, 6:30 a.m. ? 3:00 p.m. (Overtime may be required) Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of daily operations. This role requires proficiency in office systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Answer and route telephone calls Maintain records, files, and documentation Coordinate and track employee training sessions Monitor and report on attendance Assist with budget tracking and basic bookkeeping Perform data entry, word processing, and operate office equipment Top 3 Required Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and budgeting tools Experience with training coordination Strong attendance management and reporting skills Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Relevant administrative experience (not an entry-level/training role) Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism PPE: Personal Protective Equipment may be required depending on work setting. |
