Description:

The Onboarding Coordinator will be assigned to facilities or markets within divisions or lines of business and be responsible for some or all of the following under direction of a Supervisor:

Provide excellent customer service by responding to both phone and online inquiries from HR colleagues, candidates, and internal colleagues in an effort to ensure candidates meet the planned start date.
Initiate and collect signed New Hire Paperwork packets from candidates

Coordinate changes of start date with HR Colleagues
Partners with facilities to ensure candidates are meeting Employee Health Requirements
Manages Remote I-9 Process for new hires
Utilize tools and resources to ensure candidate is flowing through systems and processes appropriately and timely.
Provide ongoing communication to HR colleagues regarding candidate status
Serve as a liaison between candidate and client vendors where necessary.
Review and Approve hire actions for new hires
Continuously participate in ongoing performance improvement initiatives allowing for development.
Exceed established productivity and error rate metrics as outlined, trained and published by Management.
Manage workload efficiently to fulfill commitments in a timely manner
Uphold and emulate client values as outlined in the Code of Conduct, Staff Expectations, Mission and Values Statement
Perform required tasks in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree
1+ years of experience in relevant work

Licenses, Certifications, & Training:

Prior knowledge of HR concepts and terminology
Able to manage multiple priorities, think tactically and strategically, demonstrate objectivity, be results-oriented, and show initiative and creativity
Strong customer service orientation
Strong computer skills and technical capabilities, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office and Lawson HRMS, Taleo, etc. Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and have the ability to readily adapt to change
