We are seeking to hire a Supply Chain Analyst located in EST OR CST time zones, for our client! Weekly Pay and Benefits Available! Remote: As long as they are working EST hours, 9-5 EST, not as particular where they live, but prefer EST or CT time location Assignment will be 12 months with possibility of extension Functional Expertise ? Understand supply chain operations, business, and financial principles. ? Apply strong project management, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. ? Build strong partnerships across teams and align priorities. ? Identify risks and ensure compliance with best practices. ? Break down complex projects into clear steps for success. Complexity Management ? Foster cross-functional relationships to lead and influence teams. ? Lead discussions to resolve conflicts, risks, and competing priorities ? Champion best practices and supports skill development in the team. ? Key Responsibilities ? Coordinate system set-up activities for new product innovations, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Engineering, and plants to ensure timelines are met. ? Manage risks to meet project success metrics and proactively resolve challenges. ? Ensure the end-to-end supply chain setup for new launches specific to (item setup, and Day 1 readiness by SKU) ? Provide supply chain expertise on item set ups and day 1 readiness, raising risks and issues to commercialization and other cross functional stakeholders ? Define process to manage new item setups ? Track each sku, prioritize and follow-up as needed, communicate back to commercialization team Job Requirements ? Education: Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. ? Experience: 3+ years in the food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, preferably within supply chain, process management, or project management roles. Skills: ? Good understanding of food manufacturing and end-to-end supply chain operations. ? Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and delivering successful business results. ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) ? Strong business acumen, financial understanding, and multitasking abilities. ? Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). ? Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) a plus. |
