Pay Rate: $33.50/hour Overview: The Westchester Gas Operations Support department is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Analyst to support operational planning, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and has a strong analytical mindset to review large data sets, identify opportunities, and ensure accuracy of internal records and compliance timelines. Responsibilities: Analyze and reconcile operational data to track progress against targets. Identify opportunities within workplans (e.g., bundling or scheduling efficiencies). Detect and resolve data duplications, errors, and incomplete records. Ensure compliance deadlines are met and documented accurately. Support inquiries from field staff and provide timely data insights. Learn and operate internal systems: ArcFM, Asset Manager, Work Manager, and Gas Central. Requirements: Strong analytical skills with demonstrated Excel expertise (pivot tables, vlookups, filtering, reporting). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to interpret and organize large volumes of operational data. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor?s degree preferred. | |
