Maintenance Technician Position Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting, repairing, and performing routine maintenance on mechanical devices and systems to ensure seamless production. This position requires the ability to operate various equipment, conduct inspections, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical devices and systems.
? Effectively use a variety of tools, including precision measuring instruments and electrical testing devices.
? Communicate with coworkers, managers, and other relevant parties to address performance issues.
? Operate production equipment per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
? Support process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for optimizing production processes.

Education, Skills, and Experience:
? High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical education preferred.
? Strong mechanical aptitude, with electrical aptitude desired. Good manual dexterity is a plus.
? 3+ years of machine operations in a manufacturing setting is desired, but training is available for qualified candidates.
? Ability to understand and follow safety, quality, and machine process instructions.
? Basic computer skills, including proficiency in a Windows environment; MS Excel skills are a plus.
? Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
? Flexibility to work occasional flexible hours as needed.
Security Clearances:
? This role requires the completion, approval, and maintenance of a US Department of State MRPT clearance. Successful clearance is a condition of employment, and candidates must undergo a preliminary and interim security background check before starting employment.
