Position: Field Service Technician (Floor Equipment Repair) Location: Atlanta, GA Pay: $35,000 ? $60,000 annually + commission Schedule: Monday?Friday (daytime), occasional weekends for emergency service Perks: Weekly pay, benefits, company vehicle (take-home), commission for service tickets and growing accounts About the Role: We're hiring a hands-on, customer-focused Field Service Technician to repair commercial floor cleaning machines (like scrubbers and vacuums) at client sites across Metro Atlanta. This role is a great fit for mechanically-minded individuals with basic electrical troubleshooting skills and strong people skills. What You?ll Do: - Diagnose and repair janitorial equipment (scrubbers, vacuums, etc.) - Use a low-voltage multimeter to troubleshoot issues - Perform scheduled maintenance and keep detailed service logs - Educate customers on proper use and care - Maintain tools, van, and workspaces What You?ll Need: - Valid driver?s license and clean record - Mechanical repair, handyman, or facility maintenance experience - Familiarity with multimeters and small motors/pumps - Ability to lift 50 lbs and work independently - Strong customer service and communication skills Preferred: - Experience with floor care machines - Background in field service or small equipment repair | |
