Role: Service & Repair Technician ? Commercial Equipment Location: Atlanta, GA Pay: $35,000 ? $60,000 + performance-based commission Hours: Monday to Friday, business hours with occasional weekend calls Extras: Take-home service van, benefits package, paid training Summary: We?re looking for a reliable Service & Repair Technician to join our team. You?ll travel locally to repair and maintain janitorial machines for commercial clients. Great opportunity for those with a mechanical/handyman background and a strong sense of customer service. Responsibilities: - Perform diagnostics and repairs using hand tools and multimeters - Service equipment like burnishers, extractors, and floor scrubbers - Log repairs, manage parts, and track service tickets - Work directly with customers to resolve issues and explain usage - Upsell service when applicable (eligible for commission) Requirements: - Driver?s license with clean driving record - Experience in mechanical, electrical, handyman, or facility maintenance work - Able to lift 50 lbs and work in the field daily - Customer service experience ? this is a client-facing role - Ability to troubleshoot with multimeters and small tools | |
