Variation 1: Food Production Associate Location: Fairburn, GA Pay: $16/hr Schedule Options: 1. AM SHIFT: Sunday - Wednesday, 10 AM to 9 PM 2. PM SHIFT: Sunday - Thursday, 6 PM to 2 AM 3. AM SHIFT: Wednesday - Saturday, 10 AM to 9 PM We???re hiring Food Production Associates to help prep and package fresh-cut produce. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires attention to detail and physical stamina. Candidates should be reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in cold environments. What You'll Do: - Prep, cut, and package fruit and vegetables for distribution - Operate basic tools and follow product quality standards - Inspect incoming items and report shortages or damages - Keep your workspace clean and organized - Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet daily goals What You'll Need: - Comfortable working in a 36??F facility - Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long hours - Good communication and teamwork skills - Steel-toed, calf-length boots required - Prior warehouse, kitchen prep, or food service experience preferred Nice to Have: - Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Familiarity with GMP or food safety procedures - Basic computer or scanner experience | |
