Fresh Cut Production Worker Location: Fairburn, GA Pay: $16 per hour Available Shifts: - Sunday to Wednesday, 10 AM to 9 PM - Sunday to Thursday, 6 PM to 2 AM - Wednesday to Saturday, 10 AM to 9 PM We're looking for dependable individuals to join our team in a refrigerated food processing facility. You will be preparing, sorting, and packing fresh-cut produce in a clean and organized production environment. This is an active job requiring attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work on your feet in a cold setting. Job Duties: - Cut, trim, and organize fruit and vegetables based on daily orders - Assist with packaging and labeling product - Monitor product quality and report any damages or issues - Help with receiving and sorting items in the warehouse - Clean and sanitize work areas and tools regularly - Follow safety procedures and maintain a steady workflow Required: - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently - Comfortable working in cold temperatures (around 36??F) - Able to stand for long periods and keep up with fast-paced tasks - Steel-toed, calf-high boots required - Team player with strong communication skills Preferred Experience: - Food production, prep kitchen, or warehouse background - Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Familiar with general sanitation or food safety practices | |
