Pay: $57.00/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM
Shift: 1st Shift
Weekly Pay + Benefits Available

Position Summary:
JobsRUs.com is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support our client?s Managed Charging Program in New York City. This role plays a key part in supporting the program?s administration, performance, customer engagement, and continuous improvement efforts. You?ll help drive the program toward its strategic goals and support implementation teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Assist in program design, operations, budgeting, marketing, and reporting

Support performance analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder communications

Contribute to program implementation and growth strategies

Coordinate with internal teams and contractors

Assist with customer and stakeholder engagement

Must-Have Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project)

Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills

Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with clean energy or EV-related programs

Familiarity with managed charging, electric vehicles, or demand response

Technical and financial data analysis and reporting

Experience in public speaking or technical writing

Prior work with government agencies or regulatory bodies

Understanding of IT project implementation

Knowledge of Department of Public Service processes or regulatory filings

Education:
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in sustainability, business, engineering, operations, or a related field.
