Job Summary: We are currently seeking Plant Operator I candidates to support day-to-day operations in an industrial plant setting. This is a physically active role suited for dependable individuals with a strong attention to detail and a hands-on mindset. Key Responsibilities: Load bulk trucks with liquid product using a bulk loading system Connect hoses and pump products onto tanker trailers Fill package orders (totes, drums, pails) Perform general plant cleaning and maintenance Assist with light mechanical tasks (PVC piping, hose replacement) Operate a forklift (certification provided upon hire) Enter basic data using a tablet Qualifications: Reliable with consistent work history Strong attention to detail Basic math and data entry skills Mechanical/technical aptitude preferred Forklift experience preferred (certification provided) Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in an industrial environment Work Environment: Industrial/warehouse plant setting PPE provided (gloves, glasses, boots, etc.) Standing, walking, and working with equipment for extended periods Why Join Us?
