JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Harvest Scale Clerk for our client in Webberville, MI! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $20-24.00/Hour 07:00AM - 07:30PM Five to six days a week at peak harvest. JobsRUs.com is seeking a Harvest Scale Clerk for a seasonal opportunity with our client. This role plays a key part in daily operations during the busy harvest season. As a Scale Clerk, you?ll work in an office setting at a grain facility, assisting with truck weighing, data entry, and general administrative support. This is a great fit for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced agricultural environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate the truck scale to weigh inbound and outbound grain trucks Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently Answer phones and assist with general office inquiries File and organize shipping/receiving and weight documentation Operate a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) system for facility equipment Maintain a clean and organized office space Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Prior experience with office work or administrative tasks preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Professional, courteous demeanor with strong communication abilities Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed during harvest Able to sit, stand, and occasionally lift storage boxes throughout the shift | |
