Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator (CSA) to support our client?s commercial aerospace repair operations. In this role, you will manage repair accounts, serve as the primary point of contact for customers, and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and service centers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a strong understanding of aerospace repair processes. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction, order accuracy, and overall service performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned customer accounts for service or replacement of returned parts

Ensure performance and delivery timelines are met for each customer

Resolve issues affecting cost, delivery, or quality; negotiate solutions across teams

Monitor repair processes, prioritize stock allocations, and update customers with revised schedules

Lead weekly customer meetings to review backlog, delivery timelines, and recovery plans

Investigate claims, billing discrepancies, and complaints in coordination with technical and quality teams

Approve special pricing, warranty amendments, and credit-related issues

Analyze trends and recommend improvements to repair and service processes

Maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate audits, site visits, and presentations

Support high-priority services, including aircraft-on-ground (AOG) situations

Stay current on industry regulations and compliance requirements

Collaborate on team initiatives and represent the company in cross-functional projects

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical product support or contract administration

Strong knowledge of aerospace repair or aftermarket services preferred

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze data and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
