This role is essential in ensuring the quality and compliance of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods in a manufacturing quality control lab setting. Job Summary: As a QAQC Technical Specialist, you will work closely with plant personnel, engineers, and supply chain teams to inspect, test, and verify product quality. This position involves physical testing, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all lab safety protocols are followed when working with acids and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct analytical and physical testing on samples (raw materials, in-process, and finished products) Communicate quality issues with relevant departments and assist in troubleshooting Maintain accurate lab records and documentation, including SAP transactions Follow written procedures and safety protocols in a laboratory environment Inspect and evaluate incoming samples and raw materials Work collaboratively with supervisors, operators, engineers, and QA team members Qualifications: College coursework in Chemistry or a related science field (preferred) Prior experience in a manufacturing quality control or lab environment Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed written procedures Proficient in computer use; SAP experience a plus Good verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with laboratory safety procedures, including handling of acids and lab equipment | |
