We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily operations and help maintain a smooth and efficient work environment. Pay and Benefits $18-20/hr DOE Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) Job Responsibilities: Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and scheduling appointments Organize and maintain physical and digital files Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Assist with basic bookkeeping and supply inventory Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed Provide basic IT assistance (e.g., setting up workstations, troubleshooting minor technical issues) Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training a plus Proven experience in an office environment preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual (English and Spanish) Preferred Qualifications: Experience or familiarity with IT support or office tech (basic troubleshooting, printer setup, etc.) Comfortable working with online tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom) |
