Come join our team in Plainfield, IN. We are excited to announce an opening for a Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our life-saving medical supplies are stored, organized, and shipped promptly. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our products, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, and contributing to our goal of delivering to healthcare providers. This is not just about managing inventory; it?s about being part of a team that makes a real difference in people?s lives every day. We are hiring distribution associates, forklift operators and pallet builders. Why us? 401 (k), health, dental, and vision. Weekly pay each friday! Must have reliable transportation, background check and drug test. Pallet Build Associate: 1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm M-F 17.50/hr. 2nd Shift: 2:45pm-11:15pm M-F 18.25/hr. Forklift Operator 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm - OT is expected to be worked as needed and possibly Saturdays Pay rate $17.50 Assist in pallet building within a fast-paced distribution center. MHE operation and voice/RF scanner use required. No HSD or GED required, but must have 1-2 years of pallet building experience on resume. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders. Organize and store items in the warehouse safely and efficiently. Pick and pack orders according to specifications. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory audits. Inspect products for quality assurance and report any discrepancies or damages. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members and other departments to fulfill customer orders on time. Requirements: Good verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects. Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment. Ability to read and interpret distribution documents. Ability to work well with others. Ability to work under minimal supervision. May be required to operate MHE and use Voice/RF scanner. Ability to perform/operate in a metric-driven environment. Basic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
