JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire an Account Representative for our client in Norfolk, VA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $17.00/Hour Job Duties: Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously, using proper telephone etiquette with dispatch and customer service. Communicate with garages to arrange for the storage of vehicles after they have been towed. Resolve customer complaints promptly and satisfactorily. Maintains contact with customers. Record all pertinent information from each call into the company software. Generate daily reports detailing dispatched services. Review the previous day?s reports for accuracy and completeness. Forward completed reports to appropriate management personnel. Must be able to complete light office work such as filing, copying, sending emails, etc. Performs other duties as assigned. | |
