Material Handler Beaumont, TX Schedule: 1st Shift Pay Rate: 24.00/HR Position Summary: We are seeking a Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material movement, and supporting production operations while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Maintain and track inventory by labeling and placing materials into designated stock locations Pull and verify materials according to production orders Deliver and open materials at work centers to support ongoing production Record material movement, including quantities and location updates Receive, verify, and restock returned materials Prepare outgoing shipments by pulling, packing, crating, and loading finished goods Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment; perform routine inspections and minor maintenance Ensure accurate documentation of shipments and inventory transactions Collaborate with team members to promote a safe and efficient work environment Skills & Qualifications: 0?3 years of relevant material handling or warehouse experience Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting Basic knowledge of data entry and inventory tracking systems Physically able to lift and move materials safely throughout the shift Safety-conscious with a proactive approach to process improvement | |
