Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers at our dealership, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with their inquiries, process sales transactions, and maintain an organized inventory of rental equipment and accessories. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
-Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a professional manner.
-Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register and ensure proper handling of payments.
-Provide information about rental equipment to customers.
-Maintain an organized stock of products, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and displays are appealing.
-Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
-Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking.
-Stay informed about new products and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Requirements
-Previous customer service experience required.
-Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
-Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash register operations.
-Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair processes is advantageous.
