Weekly Pay! $21.00/Hour DESCRIPTION: Manufacturing Production Technicians focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment. A focus on Safety First, Always Minimum of 1-year relevant industry experience in Manufacturing or Distribution with candidate's current employer (or last employer) is a MUST! DO NOT submit candidates that have a gap in employment of 6 months or more from their last employer. Manager is ONLY looking for candidates with industrial work environment vs. retail warehouse like textiles, Lowes, Walmart, etc. Please do not submit candidates with this type of experience. Also, the manager is open to doing site tours, if you are interested in setting up a tour, please let the Flex Staff Team know. Responsibilities include: Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products Maintain accurate daily production records Other duties as assigned Education: High school Diploma Physical Requirements: Standing is required for the majority of the time (Medium physical effort is required to maneuver through out departments that include climbing stairs, etc.) Lifting requirements 75+ lbs. on an occasional basis. Environment is HOT HOT HOT during the summer months Make sure the contractors are OK with this in advance. | |
