Come join our team in Plainfield, IN. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient distribution of our medical devices that support healthcare professionals and enhance patient care. You will be responsible for a variety of functions related to the receipt, storage, and shipment of medical devices to ensure that our products reach our customers promptly and safely. Benefits 401 (k), health, dental, and vision. Weekly pay each Friday! Must have reliable transportation, background check and drug test. Pallet Build Associate: 1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm M-F 17/hr. Key Responsibilities Order Picking & Processing: Pick, scan, and label cases/orders using voice or RF systems Process orders accurately to conveyors or pallets Maintain clean and organized work area (per SOP) Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Palletizing: Scan and place orders on pallets Re-palletize as needed for shipment May perform dock manifest tasks (e.g., shrink wrapping, pallet scanning) Transport pallets using manual MHE Parcel Handling Operate parcel manifest station Verify order accuracy and package shipments Sanitation: Maintain a clean and orderly workspace Follow facility cleaning guidelines Additional Duties Train new hires on warehouse functions Maintain attendance and complete required training (C2C modules) Support cross-training and provide backup coverage when needed Requirements High School diploma or GED preferred Effective verbal communication Ability to multitask and prioritize Experience in fast-paced distribution environments Ability to work independently and with a team Comfortable using RF scanners and MHE Basic organizational and analytical skills Must meet performance metrics and physical job requirements (with or without accommodation) BD04123JD | |
