Weekly Pay! $30.00/Hour Shift Details: 1st Shift Starts at : 07:00AM Ends at : 03:30PM Working Days : Monday - Friday DESCRIPTION: Must haves: 1-3 years pipe welding / pipe fitting experience in either the commercial or industrial HVAC industry required. Graduate from technical college in pipe welding with minimum of 1 year field experience in pipe trades will also be considered. 1-3 years Stick electrode welding experience required. Responsibilities: Operate the Novarc robotic welder, training provided. Perform specialty welding tasks; hand welding of all fittings, mechanical branch outlet nozzles, threadolets, pipe fitting fit-ups, and tack and root welding. Inspect work for defects, dimensions, alignment, end preparations, and seam splits in pipe. Maintain a clean and safe welding station while conforming to client?s standards of quality and performance. Reports all equipment malfunctions, safety issues, and required repairs. Assist in all aspects of the shop when not welding such as groove assemblies, thread assemblies, hanger assemblies, etc. Qualifications: 1-3 years pipe welding / pipe fitting experience in either the commercial or industrial HVAC industry required. Graduate from technical college in pipe welding with minimum of 1 year field experience in pipe trades will also be considered. Stick electrode welding experience required. GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) experience preferred. TIG and MIG experience preferred. Basic computer skills required. Attention to detail, integrity and professionalism.
