EST hours, 8:30?9:00 AM start time $48.58/Hour 3 Month+ Contract We are seeking to hire a Remote Corporate Recruiter for our client. Role Overview ? Purpose: Increase support for the TA team due to growing demand ? Requisition Load: Expected to manage 15?20 requisitions at a time ? Recruiting Focus Areas: -Sales & Marketing (preferred) -Supply Chain (nice to have) -IT (acceptable) -CPG or Food industry experience is a bonus, not required Required Skills & Experience ? Minimum Experience: 3+ years in recruiting ? Recruiting Type: Strong preference for corporate recruiting experience over agency ? Full Lifecycle Recruiting: Must understand and manage end-to-end recruitment ? Sourcing: Able to conduct independent sourcing ? Stakeholder Management: -Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners -Act as a Talent Advisor with strong communication and presentation skills -Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and navigating a matrixed organization -Able to influence without authority ? Offer Development: Collaborate with HRBPs on salary discussions and competitive offers ? Data & Insights: Present market insights and recruiting data effectively Tools & Technology ? ATS: Workday (not required; training provided) ? Sourcing Platforms: Primarily LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Insights, some use of Indeed ? Other Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially for communication and reporting Ideal Candidate Profile ? Experienced corporate recruiter who is: ? Comfortable with high-volume requisition management ? Skilled in stakeholder engagement ? Adaptable and proactive ? Passionate about candidate experience ? Able to work independently and collaboratively | |
