Weekly Pay! $21.00/Hour Shift Details : 1st shift Day starts at : 07:30AM Day Ends at : 04:30PM Working Days : Monday - Friday DESCRIPTION: In a timely and efficient manner, perform duties required to maintain a quality service outlet for the repair of client equipment. Maximize productivity within Repair Operations while delivering high quality, timely repairs of client tools and enhancing the value-added image associated with owning a client tool. Contribute to the Company's financial success through COGS control, process improvement, and cost containment throughout the repair process. Provide best-in-class tool repair service in support of client Lifetime Service value proposition. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain superior technical knowledge and skills through continuous professional development by studying and reviewing on-line repair manuals, schematics, and technical files Perform high quality repairs to client products through proper problem diagnosis and application of prescribed corrective measures while utilizing appropriate tools and systems Use hand scanners to receive, diagnose, pick spare parts, repair, and complete the repair of client tools Conduct final functional and safety testing after every repair to ensure customer safety Maintain work areas, tools, and assigned equipment in a proper, organized order thus enabling the incumbent to perform the job in a timely, safe, and efficient manner Follow company policies, procedures, and rules Follow and abide to the company's culture, values, and principles Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Adverse Work Conditions: Workshop environment subject to noise, dust, and other particles Must have the ability to use hand tools and equipment to disassemble and assemble power tools Safety Equipment Required: Must observe and abide by all safety regulations as required by client and Occupational Health and Safety Standards (OSHA) Must wear steel toe boots, safety glasses, safety gloves, and other safety equipment, as required, when working in the facility and/or operating machinery Physical Requirements: Occasionally lift up to 70 lbs. Stand for long periods of time and perform repetitively reaching, bending, and climbing. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours daily while performing tool repairs at workstation Skills: Experience in mechanical or electrical repairs Experience using Windows applications preferred Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required | |
