Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement leadership development strategies that align to organizational goals and talent needs
Influence and/or own assigned program design documentation and changes
Oversee specific program(s) assets, including: slides and speaker prep documents and content, creation of participant and stakeholder program communications as assigned by portfolio Director that build leadership capabilities in executives across the organization
Continuously improve and evaluate effectiveness of development programs using data and feedback
Oversee management of your assigned program budgets, resources, and vendors related to program and portfolio initiatives

Program Design and Delivery
Remain customer-centric while delivering and planning programs (both curriculum and structure)
Ensure program alignment to portfolio outcomes
Inform design of programs and portfolio initiatives using industry best practices, business and participant needs, and strategic objectives
Collaborate and seek industry and team expertise to ensure delivery aligned to learning and organizational needs
Cascade program logistics to team in order to support in delivery
Facilitate high-impact executive development program and develop effective learning solutions to meet participants' needs
Apply adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and digital resources to enhance learning experiences
Support in scalability of programs

Education and Experience
High School Diploma required
BA/BS preferred
2 years professional experience required in Workforce/Leadership Development

Required Experience and Skills
1. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with program participants, senior leaders, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
· Verbal communication ? clear and articulate messaging for different audiences we serve
· Written communication ? strong clarity and professional tone in writing
· Active listening ? ability to ask great questions to gain understanding and respond thoughtfully

2. Ability to support in design of learning sessions, including creation of decks for learning purposes.
· Curriculum development & instructional design ? create learning outcomes and learning objectives, design learning content aligned to outcomes and goals considering various learners? needs
· Content curation ? finding, assessing, and organizing relevant resources
· Instructional materials design ? create materials (decks, participant guides, etc.) that are easy to read and reference, contribute to learner outcomes, and facilitate learning objectives
· Project planning skills required to deliver content and learning materials

3. Organization skills
· Self-starter, take the initiative to troubleshoot problems
· Manage work, multiple projects and deadlines effectively
· Ability to effectively manage time
· Schedule and plan meetings, deadlines, and tasks
· Deliver work on time consistently
· Keep files, resources, and records clearly labeled and easily retrievable
· Organize communications and content in SharePoint
· Data entry & recordkeeping ? accurately maintaining logs, databases, or spreadsheets

4. Tech
· Experience and ability to use Microsoft suite, SharePoint, WebEx, and Adobe
