Weekly Pay! $30.00/Hour Shift Details : 1st shift Day starts at : 08:00AM Day Ends at : 05:00PM JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources operations, with a strong focus on employment eligibility verification and HR data management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with I-9 processing, E-Verify compliance, and Equifax employment verification systems, ensuring our organization meets all federal and state requirements. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Form I-9 documentation for all new hires in compliance with federal regulations. Review, update, and maintain Form I-9 documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with USCIS regulations. Manage E-Verify submissions, resolve tentative non-confirmations (TNCs), and ensure timely follow-up. Utilize Equifax Workforce Solutions for employment verification, unemployment claims, and other HR-related services. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, system updates, and employee communications. Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data integrity across platforms. Assist with audits and reporting related to employment eligibility and verification. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless HR operations. Partner with HR Generalist, HR Business Partners, and local administrative teams to ensure smooth completion of verification activities and consistent communication. Respond to employee inquiries regarding verification processes and documentation. Stay current on changes to employment verification laws and best practices. Qualifications: 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a coordinator or specialist role. Proven experience with I-9 and E-Verify processes. Familiarity with Equifax Workforce Solutions or similar employment verification platforms. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP). Preferred Skills: Knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Experience supporting HR audits or compliance reviews. Bilingual capabilities. | |
