Join Our Warehouse Team ? Where Every Box Counts! Are you ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced, essential operation that keeps life-saving medical products moving? We're looking for energetic, detail-oriented team players to join our Warehouse Team supporting our Sterilization Process. You'll be at the heart of our operation?unloading trailers, building critical sterilization loads, and ensuring every product is handled with care and precision. Shift : Monday through Friday - 6 am to 2:30 pm Pay $16.50 an hour What you will get: Health benefits ( Vision, dental) 401K Weekly pay !!! What You'll Do: You'll be doing more than just stacking boxes?you?ll be a key player in keeping our products safe and ready for use in the medical field. Here?s what your day might look like: ? Unload inbound trucks ? Some are floor-loaded, so you'll hand-stack boxes (usually 5?8 lbs., with occasional 20-lb items) onto pallets using specific pallet patterns. ? Build sterilization loads ? Assemble pallets exactly to diagram, insert Biological Indicators (BI spores), and start load record documentation. ? Verify product details ? Check catalog numbers, quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates. ? RF scanners ? Keep things moving with accurate data entry into our inventory system. ? Drive forklifts ? Locate and store pallets into racking systems using your stand-up forklift skills. Key Responsibilities: ? Maintain high safety standards when lifting, stacking, and moving product. ? Support internal and external product movement across divisions. ? Keep a clean, organized work area aligned with our Quality System Regulations. ? Be a proactive part of buying and selling processes when needed. ? Always ready to take on other tasks to keep the operation flowing smoothly. What You Bring: ? High school diploma or GED ? 2?3 years of experience operating material handling equipment ? Stand-up forklift experience strongly preferred ?
