Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

The Merchandising Support position is a full-time, on-site role supporting the Regional and Market Merchandising teams. This position coordinates closely with Sales teams and is essential in managing key workflow processes, including sales requests, supplier creation, item charting, department communications, reporting, and scripting. The role reports directly to the Merchandising Manager or designated supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
? Support Regional and Market Merchandising teams by managing administrative and workflow tasks.
? Coordinate with Sales teams to process sales requests efficiently and accurately.
? Manage supplier master data, including creation and maintenance of supplier records.
? Run scripts for pricing updates, system maintenance, and process automation.
? Assist with customer item charting to ensure correct data entry and database accuracy.
? Communicate with internal departments to facilitate information sharing and workflow execution.
? Prepare and deliver reports as requested, utilizing Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
? Provide general administrative assistance to merchandising teams, including scheduling and documentation support.
? Participate in minimal travel requirements (up to 5%) for meetings or training as directed.
? Perform additional duties as assigned to support merchandising operations.

Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor?s degree preferred.
? Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in merchandising support, foodservice, or related field.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Experience in the foodservice industry preferred.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including vlookup and pivot tables, and in PowerPoint for presentations.
? Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Demonstrated relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
