Overview: We are seeking a Shipping Lead to supervise a group of warehouse associates responsible for electronic picking and order inspection.. Shipping Leads manages inventory and ensures smooth warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, and shipping goods, maintaining accurate records, and keeping the facility clean and organized. Key Responsibilities Inspecting and documenting incoming stock updating inventory data using PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) experience in training others workers in shipping and receiving Operating material-handling equipment like pallet jacks, and adhering to safety procedures. Essential skills include strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Prior experience as an electronic picker or packer or similar warehouse role Previous supervisory or team lead experience of 10 plus employees Familiarity with warehouse management system PDA and RF Scanners Computer Skills Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs High school diploma or equivalent Step into a leadership role with supportive team- apply today to grow with us !1 | |
