We?re looking for an On-Site Full-Cycle Recruiter to lead hiring efforts for essential light industrial and manufacturing roles?from warehouse associates to packaging techs and beyond. In this role, you'll play a key part in connecting hard-working individuals with meaningful, temp-to-perm opportunities that help businesses run and communities grow. Schedule and compensation: Flex Schedule: 7am-3:30pm or 10:30am-7pm Competitive Pay: 17-22/hr. + uncapped commissions. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid holidays, PTO About the Role: Under the direction of the Program Director and Onsite Manager, you?ll lead full-cycle recruiting for light industrial roles within packaging and warehouse operations. These are temp-to-perm positions?critical for meeting local workforce demands and long-term retention. What You?ll Do: Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume light industrial roles (e.g., packaging techs, assemblers, warehouse associates, forklift operators, general labor). Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to determine job specifications, qualifications, and assignment duration. Post job openings across relevant platforms and build diverse sourcing pipelines using job boards, social media, community organizations, and local networks Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on skills, fit, and aptitude for light industrial work. Coordinate interviews, facilitate offers, and manage pre-employment checks and onboarding processes. Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion from temp to perm, retention rates) and recommend process improvements. Partner with HR, Safety, and Operations to support onboarding, compliance, and retention strategies. Promote organizational values and a candidate first experience in all communications. What You Bring: 2?3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or light industrial environments. Proven track record of placing candidates in temp or temp-to-hire roles and managing conversions. BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field (preferred). Strong proficiency in ATS systems, candidate sourcing, and analytics Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple open requisitions confidentially and effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Flexibility to travel occasionally to branch or client sites | |
