Weekly Pay! $19.00/Hour Shift Details : 1st shift Day starts at : 07:30AM Day Ends at : 03:30PM Working days : Monday - Friday JOB DESCRIPTION: MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OF RAYMOND REACH TRUCK EXP MUST HAVE EXP WITH I-WAREHOUSE MACHINES MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATOR COUNTERBALANCE FORKLIFT MUST HAVE DOUBLE BLADE PALLET JACK EXP MUST BE ABLE TO USE A REACH TRUCK AND CHERRY PICKER MUST HAVE WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE MUST HAVE RELIABLE FORM OF TRANSPORTATION Candidates will be wearing a headset while on the reach truck to tell them where they need to go to pick product this is done by a computer-generated ticket the computer only speaks English Not a controlled temp environment Steel Toes Boots required Attention to Detail Accurately inspect deliveries, matching items with packing slips, purchase orders, and documentation. Detect damaged goods, count items correctly, and spot discrepancies early. Organizational Skills Manage paperwork, keep the receiving area tidy, label and store items systematically. Technical Proficiency with Inventory/Receiving Systems Be comfortable with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, barcode scanners, RFID, and similar tools. Problem-Solving & Handling Discrepancies Detect and resolve issues like missing or damaged shipments quickly. Communication & Teamwork Communicate clearly with internal team members and other departments. Collaborate effectively, help coworkers, and assist in problem resolution regarding warehouse operations within his spectrum. Adaptability & Learning Agility Quickly adapt to new processes, systems, or changes in workflows. Be open to training and adept at picking up new software or procedures. Dependability & Reliability Punctual, consistent, and trustworthy in getting tasks done without close supervision. Safety Awareness Prioritize safe practices in handling goods and operating equipment. Understand and follow safety protocols and regulations. Time Management & Prioritization Handle high-volume shipments and multiple tasks efficiently. Use systems like FIFO (first-in, first-out), and prioritize time-sensitive goods effectively. | |
