Weekly Pay! $27.61/Hour We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist for a temporary hire position. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and possess strong communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. This is an on-site role, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. JOB DESCRIPTION: Key Responsibilities: Perform cash application functions, including researching unallocated cash and conducting daily and monthly reconciliations. Collaborate with the Credit department to resolve outstanding issues and ensure accurate cash allocation. Assist the existing Credit Analyst with: Creating customer statements Preparing payments and processing ACH and credit card transactions Sending remittance notifications Running the client invoice file Processing claims in the ICE portal Scanning and archiving invoices Submit SMS iTrade invoices daily. Upload BSCC OpCo invoice files daily. Initiate ACH drafts for the AR team on a daily or weekly basis. Prepare and distribute customer statements and remittances. Scan invoices for archiving purposes. Support future implementation of desktop deposits. Reporting & Auditing: Generate the Week-to-Date file daily. Track raw material audits daily. Assist with monthly account reconciliations. Additional Duties: Procure office supplies and manage related orders. Perform various office tasks as required. Required Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role. Strong Excel skills for data management, reporting, and reconciliation tasks. Ability to manage files, perform data input, and handle various office tasks efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with SharePoint is a plus. Application Process Interested candidates should be prepared for an interview via Microsoft Teams or in person.
