We are currently hiring an experienced Recruiter, we are looking for a detail-oriented, strong customer service, goal oriented with a good attitude to work in a fast pace environment. This is a full-time, permanent position, 40 hours a week with the flexibility to work overtime on occasion. Position Overview: We are seeking a Recruiter to join our dynamic team at JobsRus.com formerly known as Cortech. As an Experienced Recruiter, you will leverage your proven expertise to identify, engage, and place top-tier candidates with our valued clients. Your role will involve building strong relationships with both candidates and clients while delivering exceptional recruitment services. Duties: ? The Recruiter duties will assist the branch with the onboarding process. ? Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, online portal and available list ? Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. ? Recruits new candidate, interviews, and obtain new hire paperwork and follow onboarding process. ? Fill vacant positions according to our client?s request. ? Complete any additional duties/projects as assigned. ? Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. ? Understand clients' specific hiring needs, culture, and business objectives. ? Answer incoming calls and respond to text messages ? Distribute paychecks to associates ?
