Weekly Pay! $16.33/Hour Shift Details: 1st Shift Day starts at : 08:00AM Day Ends at : 05:00PM Job Description: Our Corporate Account Sales Support Associates provide support to Corporate Account Managers within the Corporate Accounts team by helping coordinate customer projects and executing account objectives. This role conducts and coordinates tasks and activities with corporate account groups to help generate demand, reinforce corporate benefits, and ensure a positive customer experience. The Corporate Account Sales Support Associates perform critical administrative functions such as onboarding new corporate acquisitions, auditing customer data and reviewing program tracking reports. This role involves addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to pricing, billing, and other concerns. It involves identifying customer needs, researching answers and providing solutions while collaborating with other team members and departments as necessary. It also includes coordinating with sales teams, field support teams, business lines, and others to ensure questions and issues are fully resolved as they arise. Develop deep understanding of customer profiles, including key partners, business needs, and other relevant information to build credibility, foster trust, and drive relationship-based growth. Lead onboarding and setup processes for new corporate account practices to ensure seamless integration. Partner with the Corporate Account Managers and other internal colleagues as appropriate to optimize contracts and support opportunity management. Guided by the Corporate Account Manager, reach out to customers to proactively review business as part of assessing sales opportunities and identifying alternatives. Consult on and facilitate the execution of corporate account sales orders. Deliver ongoing support to corporate accounts, ensuring clarity and compliance with contractual terms and associated benefits. Manage the resolution of corporate account issues, including price discrepancies, billing concerns, shipping errors, and other account concerns as they arise. Coordinate and support cross-functional corporate account projects and strategic initiatives. Champion a high-quality customer experience for both external clients and internal stakeholders, including providing suggestions and feedback to management and internal partners to improve overall customer experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles and maintain records of interactions with customers detailing ongoing customer needs, including documentation of issues, key details, and resolutions in Salesforce. Identify and collaborate on opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and workflows. What you need to succeed: Customer support or sales experience is a plus. Ability to handle difficult customer situations, influence customer decisions and achieve resolution. Ability to work directly with corporate group contacts and demonstrate poise, professionalism and sound judgment in all interactions, activities and communications. Attention to detail. Excellent organizational, project and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot as needed. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Customer facing interpersonal skills, with experience working with customers and maintaining meaningful customer relationships. Strong problem solving skills. In depth understanding of standard operating procedures, work instructions and policies, including sales contracts and sales processes. Will require understanding and executing aspects of corporate group CEAs. Ability to participate in and lead projects and process improvement initiatives. Personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to learn applicable software and hardware as needed. Bachelor?s degree/equivalent experience preferred. Travel: Some travel may be required. | |
