Weekly Pay! $21.25/Hour Shift details: 1st shift Day starts at : 07:00AM Day ends at : 04:30PM Working Days : Monday to Friday JOB Description: 0-3 Years of Experience This is a Sales support position responsible for providing direct support to all assigned Account Executives, Marketing Associates and customers. As a CSR the goal is to assist and help resolve all customer needs as quickly and accurately as possible. Answering all incoming concerns/needs from all customers; key pick-up requests, handling transportation/routing on delivery questions, processing will call orders, providing customers with invoice copies, monitoring orders before cut- off, communicating regularly with the AE and customers, and managing the same day deliveries for OPCO. Strong telephone communication skills. Ablility to work in a fast pace environment. Ability to sit and work at a P/C for extended periods and must be proficient in MS Office. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. | |
