JobsRUs.com is seeking dedicated and efficient Warehouse Operators to join our dynamic team in the medical utilit industry We are looking for motivated, organized warehouse operators, material handlers to join our team. Schedule Mon - Fri 7:00 am ? 3:30 pm Compensation Pay: $27/hr Medical, dental, vision, 401k included. We are looking for a Material Coordinator to help keep our production operations running smoothly. In this role, you?ll be responsible for the timely movement, organization, and tracking of materials throughout our facility. Materials may include in-house manufactured buffers, raw materials received at the dock, and general deliveries such as office supplies and non-lab items. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, is detail-oriented, and takes pride in supporting teams through accurate inventory management and great customer service. This position requires intermediate computer skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, and a valid California Driver?s License with a good driving record. You may occasionally use a company vehicle to transport supplies between buildings. Key Responsibilities -Ensure a steady flow of materials to production, R&D, and quality control to minimize downtime -Receive and sign for incoming materials; verify shipments against packing slips and report discrepancies or damage -Log all incoming materials accurately, including supplier, tracking number, recipient, date received, and storage temperature -Unload deliveries and verify materials against purchase orders; enter data into SAP -Deliver materials to the appropriate teams and locations in a timely manner -Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve material shortages -Handle and store chemical, biological, hazardous, time-sensitive, and temperature-controlled materials according to procedures -Coordinate delivery of packages, in-house stock requests, research animals, and other special materials to designated locations -Support Lean Manufacturing practices to improve efficiency Education & Experience High school diploma required -2?4 years of experience in materials distribution, shipping/receiving, or inventory management (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) -Experience receiving temperature-sensitive materials is preferred Knowledge & Skills -Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills -Comfortable using computers and common software such as Excel and Word -Familiarity with SAP and/or Lotus Notes is a plus -Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Valid California Driver?s License with a good driving record BD04123JD | |
