Shift:
8 pm-8 am 3-2-2-3

Job Responsibilities:

Operate injection molding presses to supply downstream equipment with molded components

Inspect molded components to ensure quality standards are met

Perform minor maintenance activities on assigned presses

Operate multi-cavity injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment at rated output

Place surplus molded components into inventory as required

Work collaboratively with other molding team members to maintain production during breaks and call-outs

Request technical support when needed to maintain part quality

Maintain knowledge of products, raw materials, and quality specifications

Keep machinery, work areas, and floors clean and orderly in compliance with GMP requirements

Perform thorough product inspections and make quality-related decisions

Follow all relevant controlled documents, including work instructions, forms, preventative maintenance tasks, and equipment manuals

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, ideally with injection molding presses (electric and/or hydraulic)

Ability to work effectively in a team with limited supervision

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
