Plastic packaging manufacturing company in Carson is looking to hire Tool Room Techs to join their team. Monday - Friday 10pm - 6:30am Must be available for overtime and weekends Duties: ? Ensure all shop machinery and equipment are in proper working condition ? Evaluates, monitors and maintains stores and tooling so the optimum production performance is achieved. ? Maintains proper documentation of all equipment ? Assists in changeovers and setups on the production line. ? Maintains tooling in a state of readiness for upcoming changeovers. ? Maintains integrity of Tool Room by locking doors to deter unauthorized entry. Requirements: ? Must count with RECENT warehouse experience ? Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment ? Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs ? Have good math skills ? Knowledge of hand tools ? Able to work in a team / with little supervision ? Mechanically inclined a plus | |
