Forklift Operator 2nd Shift
Location: Plainfield, IN

Pay Rate: $20.75/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM (Overtime and occasional Saturdays required)
Background check and Drug test are required and you must pass before your resume can be sent to the managers for review.

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our distribution center team. This role is essential to ensuring the accurate and efficient movement of goods in and out of our facility. If you have experience with material handling equipment and a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Safely load and unload inbound/outbound shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Operate RF scanners to process customer orders, pick and label pallets
Prevent damage during handling and maintain inventory accuracy
Replenish picking locations and retrieve products as needed
Report inventory discrepancies and follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Adhere to company attendance policies and complete required training modules

Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience operating at least one type of material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Counterbalance slip/clamp, Dock Stocker)
Ability to obtain forklift certification
Basic understanding of distribution operations and safety protocols
Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Physical & Environmental Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching
Must have normal vision (corrected to 20/40) and sufficient hearing for safe equipment operation
Exposure to moderate to loud noise and moving mechanical equipment
Temperature-controlled warehouse environment##
