Job Summary Pay Rate $15.00 Plus shift differential $0.30 Schedule: Monday - Friday 4PM - 12AM Job Type: Full-time Industry: Medical Device Manufacturing Education: High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent) Position Summary We are hiring an Assembler 1 to support the assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. This is a hands-on role working under clearly defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and strict quality guidelines. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform production tasks including fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices Assist with equipment set-up, operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting Conduct in-process quality inspections to confirm products meet specifications Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures consistently Accurately complete basic production documentation and communicate issues to Team Lead/Supervisor Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed Qualifications High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent) 0?1 year experience in manufacturing/assembly (preferred, not required) Ability to read, write, interpret, and understand English instructions/specifications Basic math skills Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team Strong attention to detail and quality focus Willingness to work flexible/extended hours and maintain regular attendance Comfortable using basic measurement tools (including microscopes, as needed) Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods Occasional lifting/moving of up to 50 lbs Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions Apply Now If you?re dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in medical device manufacturing, apply today.
