Schedule: Monday?Friday, 12:30 PM ? 9:00 PM (2nd shift; times may vary with advance notice) Duration: 6?12 month assignment Pay Rate: Up to $27.50/hour Are you detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on work in a lab or manufacturing environment? Join our team as a Reagent Packaging Operator, where you?ll play a critical role in preparing high-quality scientific reagents used by customers around the world. This is a great opportunity to build experience in a regulated laboratory manufacturing setting while working with a collaborative and safety-focused team. Key Responsibilities Fill and package liquid antibodies/reagents into small vials in a laboratory environment Use lab equipment such as pipettes, peristaltic pumps, and analytical balances Perform labeling, inspection, and documentation to meet quality and production standards Follow packaging procedures, safety guidelines, and EH&S policies Accurately record production data in SAP or other manufacturing systems Support inventory, material staging, and routine cleaning of work areas Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals with a high level of quality **Note: This role is manufacturing-focused and is not related to shipping or shipment packaging.** Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum 6 months of industry experience (science or manufacturing preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable learning new tasks and following detailed procedures Basic math skills (metric system, volume calculations) Experience with liquid dispensing equipment (pipettes, pumps, balances) preferred Work Environment Laboratory/production setting with bench work Standing or sitting for extended periods; lifting up to 20?30 lbs with assistance as needed PPE required (lab coat, gloves, goggles as applicable) Casual, professional attire with closed-toe/heel shoes required BD04123JD | |
