Machine Operator Pay Rate: $15/hour Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM + Overtime required as scheduled every other Friday Location: Onsite Hiring Process: Hire off resumes Requirements: Drug test required (must be cleared prior to start). Benefits: 401k Health, Dental, Vision after 90 days Weekly Pay on Fridays About the Role We are seeking a dependable and detail???oriented Machine Operator to support daily manufacturing operations in a regulated production environment. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and performing routine tasks associated with production machinery while ensuring compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards. Candidates must be punctual, safety???focused, and comfortable working within standard operating procedures. Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery safely and efficiently under general supervision. Perform routine machine tasks including setup support, filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspection. Monitor machine performance and report issues to the Team Lead or Supervisor. Maintain accurate logs and records in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 requirements. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Support team goals by maintaining a cooperative, positive work environment. Rotate into different machine operations or production tasks as needed. Work flexible or extended hours as required to meet production demands. Required Qualifications Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend English???language specifications. Basic math skills for routine measurements and calculations. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes. Willingness to rotate between different machines or production tasks. Must pass a drug test prior to start.
