Growing meat processing company in Vernon is hiring meat trimmers to join their team as soon as possible. Monday - Friday 10am start time Duties include: Breaking down large cuts of meat Weighing out final portions Packaging products Using equipment such as slicers, scales, knives and grinders Fulfilling custom orders, such as cutting meat to customer specifications Sanitizing all surfaces and equipment Requirements: Must have schedule flexibility due to overtime and weekend hours Must be able to work in a cold / freezer environment Ability to lift up to 60 lbs Count with recent trimming meat cutting skills (other knife skills welcome to train) Must have reliable transportation | |
