We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP with a strong focus on job costing. This role supports accurate financial tracking and timely vendor payments while working closely with project teams. Responsibilities include: Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments Match POs, delivery tickets, and invoices Code invoices to G/L accounts and job cost codes Collaborate with project managers and field teams on cost allocation Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end close, AP accruals, 1099s, and audits Monitor subcontractor compliance (lien waivers, insurance, W-9s) Qualifications: 3+ years of accounts payable experience (construction/utilities preferred) Strong knowledge of job costing and project accounting Experience with accounting/ERP systems (ComputerEase or similar preferred) Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Physical Requirements: Prolonged sitting and computer work Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally Send your resume for immediate consideration. | |
