Location: Brea, CA Schedule: Monday?Friday, 7:00 AM?3:30 PM Pay Range: $25?$32/hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Interviews: In-person We are seeking a Product Development Technician to support R&D activities at our Brea facility. In this role, you?ll assist engineers with laboratory testing, data collection, and prototype development while following established procedures in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and document laboratory and engineering data Prepare technical reports, summaries, and basic drawings or schematics Support engineers with testing, equipment qualification, and lab activities Execute test protocols, document results, and communicate findings Assist with prototype setup and process development Perform general lab duties including calibration, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures Handle test samples and chemicals safely Identify and communicate issues that may impact projects Train or support junior technicians as needed Requirements Bachelor?s degree in a technical or scientific field 6+ years of experience in a lab, technical, or regulated environment Experience following written procedures and working on a team 1+ year of experience in a laboratory or R&D environment Skills & Experience Ability to follow and perform test procedures accurately Strong teamwork and communication skills Basic computer proficiency Problem-solving skills for routine technical issues BD04123JD | |
