Forming Operator (2 positions) Location: Shine Food, Inc. (Sister company of Jessie Lord Bakery) ? Torrance, CA Pay: $19.50 - $20.00/hour 1st opening Schedule: 6:00 AM ? 2:30 PM (occasional weekends) 2nd opening schedule: 3:30PM - 12:00AM (occasional weekends) Job Type: Full-time Requirements: Slip-resistant shoes, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods About the Role: Shine Foods is looking for a Forming Operator to join our production team! In this role, you?ll operate forming equipment, ensure product quality and productivity, and help maintain a safe and clean work environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a fast-paced production team, this could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities: Operate and assist with setup of forming equipment. Monitor production to meet quality, safety, and productivity standards. Assemble, adjust, and safely operate machinery as required. Communicate equipment or production issues to supervisors and maintenance to minimize downtime. Record production data and complete required documentation. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and follow food safety and sanitation practices. Perform other duties as needed to support production operations. Qualifications: ? Ability to read recipes, scales, and thermometers. ? Understand and follow instructions in English and/or Spanish. ? Comfortable working in a loud environment and standing for long periods. ?
