Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday ? Friday | 8:00 AM ? 4:00 PM

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Administrative Coordinator to support production leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, organization, and ownership of critical administrative and payroll processes.

If you are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable handling confidential information, and enjoy being the go-to support person for supervisors and managers?this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter hourly and SNE payroll data, including time exceptions, into the eTime system on a weekly basis

Perform payroll time approvals in accordance with established schedules and deadlines

Process employee schedule changes in eTime as directed by Production Supervisors

Generate quarterly attendance point reports, investigate discrepancies, and make corrections in the eTime Attendance System

Notify supervisors when disciplinary thresholds are reached

Coordinate and schedule interviews for internal and external candidates, including candidate communication and interview team calendar management

Manage contingent workforce recruitment by coordinating with staffing agencies and supporting onboarding activities

Ensure completion and submission of mentoring checklists to EHS and Training departments

Support Compliance to Capability (C2C) system activities, including:

Date adjustments and reporting

Monitoring compliance requirements

Managing training records (OJT, STAR training, DLA curriculum updates)

Order office supplies and manage daily mail distribution

Work independently to meet deadlines and improve administrative processes efficiently

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (required)

Associate?s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred)

Minimum 2?5 years of administrative or payroll experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (required ? no exceptions)

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
