This position is responsible for entering electronic component codes into a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintaining accurate technical and customer data in internal databases and CRM systems. Responsibilities Enter electronic component codes into WMS Input and update data in databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets Review and verify data for accuracy Identify and correct discrepancies Maintain organized digital records Perform routine database updates Protect confidential information Collaborate with internal teams on data structure and accuracy Requirements Prior data entry experience Typing speed of 40?50+ WPM with high accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with CRM or database systems preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines | |
