We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Operator 1 to join our dynamic team! You will be trained in our processes and safety protocols, and you will work closely with experienced team members who are passionate about their work.


Irvine, CA | $22.00/hr
Schedule: 6 am to 4:30 pm, Mon-Thur
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
Terms: One-year contract, possibility of extension.

This position actively supports lean manufacturing initiatives and maintains strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Essential Responsibilities
· Performs any combination of tasks involved in the manufacture and assembly of medical devices; cartridge filling, applicator assembly and packaging operations
· Performs a variety of inspections, tests, and operations as required, to ensure the quality of manufactured product while adhering to company procedures.
· Follow all required GMP?s and applicable manufacturing procedures.
·Performs production area (Cleanroom and packaging)
· Supports R&D builds.
· Maintains organizied production area and ensures safe work environment.
· Supports requirements necessary to establish and maintain FDA, ISO and CMDR compliance.

Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent Preferred.
· Level I: Six (3) months to three (3) years of experience in a directly related field.
· Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
· Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
·Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.
· Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes.
· Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
