JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Warehouse Associate for our client in Columbia, SC! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.00/Hour Shift Details Day starts at : 08:00AM Day Ends at : 04:30PM JOB DESCRIPTION: Warehouse and yard will involve picking orders, receiving and putting material in stock. Will be trained on PIT equipment that includes forklifts, bendies and cherry pickers that go up to 20 feet in the air. Since this positions requires you to work in the yard, the candidate must be prepared to work outdoors in the elements. Familiar with using computers is a plus, we use 2 programs on day-to-day operations. Also, RF Scanner knowledge is a plus. There is a chance to convert to full time based on performance/attendance. Qualifications: A background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred. Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it. Forklift Operator experience is a plus but not required. Responsibilities: Pull and prepare orders for shipment. Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material. Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times.
